מי מי שהועד עליו שמחזיר אחר זיוף. ובו ב סעיפים:
המוציא שט"ח על חבירו ובאו שנים ואמרו ממנו שאל לזייף לו שטר זה אע"פ שנתקיים השטר בחותמיו אין גובין בו לעולם אא"כ עידי השטר מעידים שראו ההלואה או אחרים מעידים עליהם שראו שחתמו ואם עידי השטר מעידים שזו היא חתימתן גובין בו (ויש חולקין וס"ל דהכרת החתימה לא מהני) (טור בשם הרמ"ה ור"ן פ' אלו נערות):
כשאמרו אין גובין בו לא משהינן ליה בידיה אלא מוקמינן ליה ביד שליש: הגה ואם לא אמרו העדים ששאל להם לזייף שטר זה אלא שטר סתם כל שטרותיו של זה שבקש לזייף אתרעו ולא גבינן בהו (טור):
