<b>מי מי שהועד עליו שמחזיר אחר זיוף. ובו ב סעיפים:</b><br>המוציא שט"ח על חבירו ובאו שנים ואמרו ממנו שאל לזייף לו שטר זה אע"פ שנתקיים השטר בחותמיו אין גובין בו לעולם אא"כ עידי השטר מעידים שראו ההלואה או אחרים מעידים עליהם שראו שחתמו ואם עידי השטר מעידים שזו היא חתימתן גובין בו (ויש חולקין וס"ל דהכרת החתימה לא מהני) (טור בשם הרמ"ה ור"ן פ' אלו נערות):
