<b>דין עובד כוכבים שהלוה ברבית ונתגייר. ובו סעיף אחד:</b><br>ישראל שלוה מעות מהעובד כוכבים ברבית וזקפן עליו במלוה ונתגייר אם עד שלא נתגייר זקפן עליו במלוה גובה קרן ורבית ואם משנתגייר זקפן עליו במלוה גובה הקרן ולא הרבית אבל עובד כוכבים שלוה מישראל ברבית וזקף עליו את הרבית במלוה אע"פ שזקפן עליו אחר שנתגייר גובה את הקרן ואת הרבית שלא יאמרו בשביל מעותיו נתגייר זה וגובה הישראל ממנו אחר שנתגייר כל מעות הרבית שנתחייב בהם כשהיה עובד כוכבים:
Du païen qui a prêté de l'argent à intérêt et s'est ensuite converti au Judaïsme Quand un païen a prêté à intérêt de l’argent à un Israélite, qui a signé un billet comprenant la valeur nominale de la somme augmentée de son intérêt, puis que le païen s’est converti, deux cas se présentent: 1er cas: si le billet a été fait avant la conversion du païen, celui-ci peut réclamer à son débiteur la somme et son intérêt; 2e cas: si le billet a été signé après la conversion, le créancier ne peut demander que le capital. Si c’est un païen qui a emprunté à un Israélite à intérêt, en faisant un billet, et que ce païen se convertisse au Judaïsme, alors: que la conversion ait eu lieu avant ou après la signature du billet, le nouvel Israélite doit payer à son créancier capital et intérêt, afin qu’on ne puisse pas dire qu'il a embrassé la religion juive pour être quitte des intérêts de la somme due.
