<b>דין מקבל שרוצה להסתלק מפני רעת השדה. ובו ב סעיפים:</b><br>המקבל שדה מחבירו ולא עשתה אם יש בה כדי להוציא סאתים יתר על ההוצאה חייב המקבל ליטפל בה שכך כותב לבעל הקרקע אנא אקום ואזרע וכו' ואעמיד כרי לפניך ותטול חלקך וכו' (ואפי' לא כתב כך כמאן דכתיב דמי) (המגיד פרק י"ח דשכירות וב"י בשם התו' והרא"ש):
