Shipping & Delivery
Every kit ships packed and ready to study. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you order until the material is in your hands.
Door-to-door delivery
- Orders placed before 14:00 (Israel time) start the same business day; later orders start the next one.
- In-stock kits and books: 3–6 business days from the handling start date.
- Posters and printed-to-order items: 7–12 business days.
- For mixed orders we show the longest delivery window in the cart.
- Flat shipping fee: ₪50 per physical order within Israel.
- We email you when the parcel is on its way, and call if needed.
Self-pickup
- Pickup is available by prior arrangement, with no shipping fee.

Digital products
- Digital files appear in your account within minutes of order confirmation.
- No shipping fee applies to digital products.
Business days
- Business days are Sunday through Thursday.
- Friday, Saturday, holidays and holiday eves are not business days.
- During peak seasons delivery may take a few extra days.
Returns & exchanges
- Physical products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, in original condition.
- Damaged items are replaced at our expense, shipping included.
- Downloaded digital products cannot be returned.
