חלה דרבנן היאך ניתנת ונאכלת ודין תערובתה בחולין. ובו סעיף אחד:
חלת חוצה לארץ שמותרת לכהן טהור מקרי רשאי לאכלה עם זר על שלחן אחד לפי שאינה מדמעת (פירוש ענין דמוע הוא תרומה שנפלה בחולין) ואפילו נתערבה שוה בשוה: הגה ויש חולקין וסבירא להו דאוסרת תערובתה עד מאה ואחד אם הוא במינה ושלא במינה עד ס' (טור בשם ר"י וספר התרומה ורא"ש ורוקח סי' שנ"ט ומהרי"ו סמ"ח ור' שמשון) ואם חזרה ונתערבה בעיסה ואין ק"א לבטלה אם לא אכל העיסה ישאל לחכם עליה ויתיר לו כנדר דנשאלין על ההקדשות ויחזור ויטול חלה אחרת (תשובת מיימוני סוף הלכות זרעים וב"ה בשם א"ח) : ומותר לבטלה ברוב ואוכלה בימי טומאתו ויכולין ליתנה לכהן עם הארץ ואין בה משום כהן המסייע במתנותיו שהוא אסור ואם רצה לאכול תחילה ואחר כך יפריש החלה בח"ל מותר מפני שאין עיקרה אלא מדבריהם: הגה וצריך לשייר מעט יותר משיעור חלה שמפריש כדי שיהא שיריים בשעה שמפריש (ב"י בשם הרא"ש וסמ"ג ובהר"ן דביצה) ודוקא לעיסה שנתחייב עם חלה זו יכול לפטור שלא מן המוקף אבל עיסה שנילושה בפני עצמה אין מפרישין חלה מעיסה אחרת שלא מן המוקף (ב"י בשם סמ"ק וכל בו) : אבל חלת ארץ ישראל לא יאכל עד שיפריש ואינה ניטלת אלא מן המוקף (פי' ממה שהוא קרוב וסמוך) כתרומה ואינה ניטלת מן הטהור על הטמא לכתחלה וכל שבתרומה לא יתרום ואם תרם אינה תרומה כך בחלה וכל שבתרומה לא יתרום מזה על זה כך בחלה וכל שאינו אוכל תרומה אינו אוכל חלה וכל האוכל תרומה אוכל חלה:
