כמה ספיקות בדיני בכור בהמה. ובו ו' סעיפים:
רחל שלא בכרה וילדה שני זכרים אפילו יצאו שני ראשיהם כאחד אי אפשר שלא קדם אחד והואיל ואין ידוע איזה יצא ראשון הכהן נוטל את הכחוש והשני ספק בכור מת אחד מהם אין לכהן כלום שזה החי ספק הוא והמוציא מחבירו ע"ה וכן אם ילדה זכר ונקבה הרי הזכר ספק שמא הנקבה יצאה תחלה לפיכך אין לכהן כלום שהמוציא מחבירו עליו הראיה:
שתי רחלות שלא בכרו וילדו שני זכרים שניהם לכהן זכר ונקבה הזכר לכהן שני זכרים ונקבה הכהן נוטל את הכחוש והשני ספק בכור ואם מת א' מהם אין לכהן כלום שזה החי ספק בכור הוא והמוציא מחבירו עליו הראיה:
ילדה שתי נקבות וזכר או שני זכרים ושתי נקבות הרי הזכרים ספק שאני אומר שמא הנקבה נולדה תחלה ואח"כ הזכר לפיכך אין כאן לכהן כלום שהמוציא מחבירו עליו הראיה:
אחת בכרה ואחת לא בכרה וילדו שני זכרים אחד לו ואחד לכהן וכל אחד מהם ספק בכור והכהן נוטל הכחוש מת אחד מהם אין כאן לכהן כלום שזה החי ספק הוא וכן אם ילדו זכר ונקבה אין כאן לכהן כלום שזה הזכר ספק בכור הוא:
גר שנתגייר ספק בכרה בהמתו קודם שנתגייר ספק אח"כ הוי ספק ויאכל במומו לבעלים:
כל שהוא ספק בכור ירעה עד שיפול בו מום ויאכל לבעליו ואם תפשו הכהן אין מוציאים אותו מידו ואוכל אותו במומו (וע"ל סי' שט"ו דקי"ל דמוציאין אותו מיד כהן):
