דין החשוד למכור הבכור. ובו סעיף אחד:
החשוד למכור בכור לשם חולין אין קונים ממנו בשר צבאים שדומה לבשר עגלים ואין לוקחים ממנו עורות שאינם עבודים אפילו של נקבה שמא יחתוך זכרותו ויאמר של נקבה הוא ואין לוקחין ממנו צמר אפי' מלובן אבל לוקחין ממנו צמר טווי ולבדים ועורות עבודים:
