דין בכור שנשחט שלא על פי חכם. ובו ג' סעיפים:
השוחט את הבכור שלא על פי חכם אפי' הראהו לחכם אח"כ ומצא בו מום אסור וה"ה בזמן הזה אם לא הראהו לשלשה בני הכנסת:
השוחט הבכור שלא על פי מומחה ומכרו ואכלוהו מחזיר להם הדמים לא אכלוהו יקבר ויחזיר להם הדמים:
מי שאינו מומחה וראה את הבכור ונשחט על פיו יקבר וישלם מביתו וכמה ישלם אם הוא בארץ ישראל משלם בגסה חצי דמיו ובדקה רביע דמיו ובחוץ לארץ בין בדקה בין בגסה חצי דמיו והאידנא שאף בא"י אין רוב שדות של ישראל מותר לגדל בהמה דקה אפי' בארץ ישראל הילכך אפי' בא"י אף בדקה משלם חצי דמים:
