דין כלב שנטל חררה ואכל חררה והדליק הגדיש. ובו סעיף אחד:
כלב שנטל את החררה והלך לו לגדיש (של בעל החררה טור ס"א) אם הניחה בגדיש ואכל את החלה והדליק את הגדיש על החלה ועל מקום החררה משלם נזק שלם ועל הגדיש חצי נזק ואם היה מגרר את החלה על הגדיש והולך ושורף משלם על החררה נזק שלם ועל מקום הגחלת חצי נזק ועל שאר הגדיש פטור (וי"א דמשלם על כל הגדיש חצי נזק) (טור שם וב"י בשם הרשב"א) בד"א כששמר בעל הגחלת את אשו וסגר הדלת ובא הכלב וחתר ונטל את החררה מעל האש אבל אם לא שמר אשו בעל האש חייב על שריפת הגדיש ובעל הכלב חייב על אכילת החררה ועל מקומה (וכ"כ הטור בשם הרמ"ה): הגה ויש אומרים דעל מקום החררה משלם כל אחד החצי ועל שאר הגדיש בעל הכלב נותן רביע ובעל הגחלת שלש' חלקים ואם זרקה על הגדיש אז משלם בעל הכלב רביע אפי' על מקום החררה ובעל הגחלת שלשה חלקים (טור שם):
