דין המסיג גבול רעהו. ובו סעיף אחד:
המסיג גבול רעהו והכניס מתחום חבירו בתוך תחומו אפילו מלא אצבע אם בחזקה עשה הרי זה גזלן ואם הסיג בסתר הרי זה גנב ואם בא"י הסיג הגבול הרי זה עובר בשני לאוין בלאו גניבה או בלאו גזילה ובלאו דלא תסיג (אם מותר לאדם ליקח מערופיא של חבירו עיין לעיל סי' קנ"ו):
