המקבל שדה מחבירו לזמן ידוע ומת והניח בן לא יאמר תן לי מה שאכל אביך וכן הבן לא יאמר לו תן לי מה שעשה אבי אלא שמין מה שעשה עד עת מותו ויתן לו אפילו שהתנ' עמו לזמן קבוע:
