המקבל שדה מחבירו ולקתה בעומריה. ובו סעיף אחד:
החוכר שדה מחבירו בעשרה כורים חטים ולקתה נותן לו מתוכה היו חטין יפות לא יאמר לו הריני לוקח מן השוק אלא נותן לו מתוכה: הגה בד"א שלא שינה אבל שינה כגון שהתנה לזורעה חטין והוא יתן לו שעורים בחכירתו וזרעה שעורים ולקתה אינו נותן לו מתוכה אלא קונה לו שעורין מן השוק (טור) חכר ממנו כרם בעשרה סלי ענבים והקריסו (פי' הפיגו טעמם ונתחמצו וגירסת רש"י דכדום ופי' שהתליעו) אחר שנבצרו וכן עמרים שלקו אחר שנקצרו נותן לו מתוכן אבל אם חכרו בי' כדים יין והחמיץ חייב ליתן לו יין טוב:
