מציאת בהמה ושט"ח ושובר וגט אשה. ובו ה סעיפים:
ב' שראו גמל או חמור של מציאה וקדמו שניהם והנהיגוהו או משכוהו או שהיה אחד מנהיג ואחד מושך קנו שניהם בד"א בחמור אבל בגמל אם היה אחד מנהיג ואחד מושך המושך קנה אבל לא המנהיג:
בהמת מציאה שקדם אחד ואחז במוסירה לא קנה עד שימשוך או ינהיג וכן בנכסי הגר אבל קנה המוסירה לבדו:
היה אחד רוכב ואחד אוחז במוסירה הרוכב קנה הבהמה והמוסירה שעל לחיי הבהמה בלבד וזה שאחז המוסירה קנה ממנה מה שאחז בידו ושאר המוסירה לא קנה שום אחד מהם: הגה היו שנים רוכבין קנו שניהן היה אחד רוכב ואחד מנהיג קנו שניהם ויחלוקו (טור סי' קנ"ז ס"ו בשם הרא"ש ורי"ו נ"י ח"ד)
