מי שבא ואמר אבד שטר קנייתי כיצד כותבין לו שטר אחר. ובו ב סעיפים:
מי שבא ואמר אבד שטר שהיה לי על שדה פלוני שקניתיה מפלוני שומעין לו לכתוב אחר: הגה וה"ה בתחלה כשקנ' יכולין לכתוב לו ב' וג' שטרות בכה"ג (ב"י בשם הרשב"א) וכותבין בו שטר זה אין גובין בו לא מנכסים משועבדי' ולא מנכסי' בני חורין ולא כתבנוהו אלא להעמיד בו שדה פלוני כדי שלא יוציאנה מידו המוכר ולא יורשיו ויש מי שאומר דדוקא מזמן ראשון ולא מזמן שני דאיכא למיחש שמא אח"כ חזר ומכרה למוכר ומוציא אח"כ זה (שטר) השני שזמנו אחר המכיר' שמכר ויאמר הדרית וזבינית ממך:
אף על גב דשטרי חוב המאוחרים כשרים שטרי מכר המאוחרין פסולין אם לא פירש בהם שהם מאוחרים:
