שתי גינות אחת גבוה מחברתה. ובו ב סעיפים:
שתי גנות זו על גב זו והירק בינתיים בגובה עובי הארץ שביניהם כל שהעליון יכול לפשוט ידו וליטול אותו מעיקרו הרי הוא שלו ובלבד שלא יאנוס עצמו והשאר של תחתון: הגה היתה יד העליון מגיע עד למטה אפ"ה כל שהוא סמוך לקרקע פחות משלשה הוא של מטה (טור) היה מגיע לנופו ואין מגיע לעקרו לא יטול העליון ואם נטל אין מוציאין מידו:
