    • •For online courses - cancellation is possible within 14 days if less than 20% of content was viewed.
    • •For Zoom classes - cancellation up to 24 hours before the class will receive a full refund.
    • •Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to our email address.
    • •Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.

    5. Prohibited Uses

    • •You may not copy, duplicate, distribute, or sell content without written permission.
    • •You may not use the site for illegal or immoral purposes.
    • •You may not interfere with the site's operation or computer systems.
    • •You may not impersonate another person or provide false information.
    • •You may not collect information about other users without their consent.
