Verse 2
יאר פניו — להראות פנים שוחקות לתת טל ומטר:
Verse 3
לדעת בארץ דרכך — להודיע שמדתך להטיב לעמך ועל זה יודוך וישמחו וירננו לאמים:
Verse 5
כי תשפוט עמים מישור — לזכות:
תנחם — תנהגם בדרך המישור ועל זאת יודוך עמים כולם:
Verse 7
ארץ נתנה יבולה — וגם אל הארץ שנתנה יבולה ועל אשר יברכנו השם (סא"א):
Verse 8
וייראו אותו כל אפסי ארץ — שיאמרו ראו אלו שהיו יראי השם איך ברכם וגדלם:

Malbim's commentary
Verse 1
למנצח, הוסד על הרעב שהיה בימי דוד שלש שנים, ויאמר ה' אל שאול ואל בית הדמים, ונתנו שבעה מבני שאול אל הגבעונים להמיתם, ויעתר ה' לארץ אחרי כן (ש"ב כ"א), וקבלו חז"ל שאז נתוספו גרים רבים, שראו איך דן הקב"ה דין גרים גרורים ויראו מפני ה' ויושר משפטיו:
Verse 2
אלהים יחננו ויברכנו, בגשמים, יאר פניו, להודיעני ע"י האו"ת, כמש"ש ויבקש דוד את פני ה' לדעת מפני מה נגזרה הגזרה:
Verse 3
לדעת, אחר שהשיב ה' שהוא על חטא הגבעונים, ידעו בארץ את דרכך, שתעשה משפט גם לגרים, (וביחוד שהיה התשובה על שאול שלא נספד כהלכה ועל שהרג את הגבעונים, ואמרו חז"ל על זה באשר משפטו פעלו, שאחז כף המשפט בצד האחד וכף הזכות בצד השני שהם שני הדרכים שלו, חסד ומשפט), והארץ הוא הפך השמים, ר"ל שגם בארץ ידעו דרכיך הנעלמים, ובכל גוים ידעו ישועתך לכל חוסים בך, ועי"כ יודוך עמים, ולא לבד מקצתם רק יודוך כולם, ויש הבדל בין עמים ובין לאומים, שלאומים הם אלה שיש להם דת מיוחד, והם ישמחו וירננו ויספרו בפרהסיא, ומפרש יודוך עמים אלהים :
Verse 5
כי תשפט עמים במישור, ולאומים ישמחו וירננו, כי בארץ תנחם, שיראו שהגם שהם בארץ תנחם בדרך הישר ושאתה משגיח בארץ, סלה, סיום הענין:
Verse 6
יודוך, עתה בקש שירד הגשם לברכה, כי מן עצירת הגשם נודע שה' שופט במישור, ומן מה שנעתר לארץ אחרי כן יודוך עמים על הטובה:
Verse 7
שארץ נתנה יבולה, ובזה יברכנו אלהים מצד שהוא אלהינו המשגיח עלינו בפרטות, וגם שמצד מה שיברכנו אלהים עי"כ ייראו אותך כל אפסי ארץ, כמ"ש כי עמך הסליחה למען תורא, וכמש"פ שם:

לַמְנַצֵּ֥חַ בִּנְגִינֹ֗ת מִזְמ֥וֹר שִֽׁיר׃
For the leader; with instrumental music. A psalm. A song.
אֱֽלֹהִ֗ים יְחׇנֵּ֥נוּ וִיבָרְכֵ֑נוּ יָ֤אֵֽר־פָּנָ֖יו אִתָּ֣נוּ סֶֽלָה׃
May God be gracious to us and bless us, showing us favor, selah
לָדַ֣עַת בָּאָ֣רֶץ דַּרְכֶּ֑ךָ בְּכׇל־גּ֝וֹיִ֗ם יְשׁוּעָתֶֽךָ׃
that Your way be known on earth, Your deliverance among all nations.
יוֹד֖וּךָ עַמִּ֥ים׀אֱלֹהִ֑ים י֝וֹד֗וּךָ עַמִּ֥ים כֻּלָּֽם׃
Peoples will praise You, O God; all peoples will praise You.
יִ֥שְׂמְח֥וּ וִירַנְּנ֗וּ לְאֻ֫מִּ֥ים כִּֽי־תִשְׁפֹּ֣ט עַמִּ֣ים מִישֹׁ֑ר וּלְאֻמִּ֓ים׀ בָּאָ֖רֶץ תַּנְחֵ֣ם סֶֽלָה׃
Nations will exult and shout for joy, for You rule the peoples with equity, You guide the nations of the earth. Selah.
יוֹד֖וּךָ עַמִּ֥ים׀אֱלֹהִ֑ים י֝וֹד֗וּךָ עַמִּ֥ים כֻּלָּֽם׃
The peoples will praise You, O God; all peoples will praise You.
אֶ֭רֶץ נָתְנָ֣ה יְבוּלָ֑הּ יְ֝בָרְכֵ֗נוּ אֱלֹהִ֥ים אֱלֹהֵֽינוּ׃
May the earth yield its produce; may God, our God, bless us.
יְבָרְכֵ֥נוּ אֱלֹהִ֑ים וְיִֽירְא֥וּ א֝וֹת֗וֹ כׇּל־אַפְסֵי־אָֽרֶץ׃ {פ}
May God bless us, and be revered to the ends of the earth.
