<b>שלא לדבק בצק בבשר שלא נמלח. ובו סעיף אחד:</b><br> הטופל בצק בעוף שלא נמלח אע"ג דבגמ' מפליג בין סמידא לשאר קימחי ובין אסמיק ללא אסמיק אנן השתא לא בקיאינן במלתא ובכל גוונא יש לאסור אבל אם נמלח ושהה כדי מליחה ואח"כ הודח מותר בכל גונא: הגה ודוקא לטפל בבצק אסור אבל מותר למשוח בשמן או בציר בשר שלא נמלח דאין זה מעכב הפליטה (ארוך כלל ט') ופשטיד"א יש לו כל דין בישול בקדירה בין לקולא בין לחומרא (מרדכי פכ"ה בשם רש"י ומהרא"י וארוך כלל ט"ו):
On the Prohibition of Wrapping Unsalted Meat in Dough When unsalted poultry is wrapped in dough, it is forbidden. Although the Talmud distinguishes between dough made of fine flour and ordinary flour, and between dough that turns red and otherwise, we are not able to ascertain these nuances: therefore, the poultry is forbidden in all cases. But if it has been salted and washed according to regulations, it is permissible in all cases. G LOSS : It is only forbidden to wrap meat in dough; but it is permissible to spread oil or brine on unsalted meat, as this does not prevent the expulsion of blood. Dough is treated by law as cooking in a pot, both in cases where it results in leniency and where it results in stringency.
