<b>דין אם ניטל השליא. ובו ב' סעיפים:</b><br> בהמה או עוף שניטל האם שהולד מונח בה כשרה: הגה וכל שכן ניקב דכשר (ד"ע) ויש מחמירין לאסור בניקב או נימוק (שם ורוקח ועס"ק ג' והגה' ש"ד סימן פ"ח בשם א"ז ואו"ה כלל נ"ה) ויש להחמיר אם לא במקום הפסד מרובה:
De l'absence de la matrice Si la matrice, qui est l'organe de la gestation, est absente du bassin d’une bête à cornes ou d'une volaille, l’animal est mangeable. G LOSE : L’animal est mangeable à plus forte raison si la matrice n’en est que perforée. D’aucuns déclarent l’animal immangeable en cas de perforation ou de liquéfaction de ce viscère. Il convient de se montrer sévère en pareil cas, à moins qu’il ne s'agisse d’une grande perte.

Si la vessie qui sert de réservoir à l’urine est absente, l’animal est mangeable. D'aucuns le déclarent en pareil cas immangeable. G LOSE : L'usage est, en effet, de déclarer l’animal immangeable, même par suite d’une simple perforation de la vessie.
