<b>דין בכור שנתערב ומת אחד מהבהמות. ובו ג' סעיפים:</b><br>שנים שהפקידו אצל אחד שני זכרים אחד בכור וא' פשוט ומת אחד מהם ואינו יודע איזה (מת) מניח הנשאר ביניהם והוא בין שניהם ודינו כספק בכור:
מי שהפקיד בכור אצל חבירו ולחבירו פשוט (פי' שאינו בכור) ומת אחד מהם המוציא מחבירו עליו הראיה וכיון שהנפקד מוחזק יחזיקנו ויאכלנו במומו:
