<b>השומע שחבירו נודר ואמר אמן. ובו סעיף אחד:</b><br>אחד הנודר מעצמו או שהדירו חבירו ואמר אמן או דבר שעניינו כענית אמן שהוא קבלת דברים אסור אבל כשחבירו מדירו משלו אין צריך לקבל דבריו:
De la personne qui a répondu «amen» au vœu formulé par une autre personne Lorsqu’une personne a fait un vœu, elle devra le remplir même si, au moment du vœu, une autre personne présente a répondu: amen, oui, ou un mot quelconque exprimant l’assentiment; cette dernière personne est d’ailleurs obligée de remplir les clauses du vœu, tout comme celle qui l’a prononcé. Quand une personne fait le vœu que ce qui lui appartient soit interdit à une autre personne qui l’écoute, et que celle-ci n’a pas protesté, la deuxième personne doit se soumettre aux conditions du vœu.
