<b>דיני מיילדת עובדת כוכבים וישראלית. ובו ב' סעיפים:</b><br>עובדת כוכבים לא תיילד לישראלית בינה לבינה ואפילו אם היא מומחית וכן לא תניק לבן ישראל בביתה ואפילו אחרים עומדים על גבה אבל בבית ישראל מותרת ליילד ולהניק אם אחרים עומדים על גבה או יוצאים ונכנסים והוא שלא יניחנו עמה לבדו בלילה:
D'une sage-femme païenne et d’une sage-femme Israélite Il est défendu de prendre pour une Israélite une sage-femme païenne qui doit rester seule avec elle, même si cette sage-femme est fort habile. On ne doit pas mettre un enfant en nourrice chez une païenne, même si des Israélites viennent dans sa maison. Cependant, il est permis de prendre une sage-femme ou une nourrice idolâtre, à condition qu’elle reste dans une famille israélite dont les divers membres sont toujours présents ou vont et viennent dans la maison. Il est surtout défendu de laisser une Israélite seule avec une sage-femme païenne pendant la nuit.
