<b>שהשולח כלי יין ביד עובד כוכבים צריך לחתמו. ובו סעיף אחד:</b><br>השולח ביד עובד כוכבים כלים המיוחדים ליין צריך להחתימם בחותם אחד כדי שיהא ניכר אם הכניס בהם העובד כוכבים יין ויש מי שמצריך חותם בתוך חותם: הגה ואם עבר ושלחם בלא חותם יש להכשירו כפי ענין ההכשר אם היה של עובד כוכבים (טור ועיין ס"ק ג') אבל אם כבר עבר והשתמש בו אין לאסור בדיעבד (ועיין לעיל סימן קכ"ב) ואם הם חביות גדולות מותר להשהותן בבית העובד כוכבים אומן יום או יומים לתקנם דבכלי גדול כזה אין רגילים להשתמש בו לפי שעה:
On doit cacheter le vase destiné à contenir du vin et envoyé par l’intermédiaire d’un païen Lorsqu’on envoie, par l’intermédiaire d’un païen, un vase destiné à contenir du vin, il faut le cacheter, de crainte que le païen n’y introduise lui-même un vin quelconque; un auteur prétend que deux cachets superposés sont nécessaires. G LOSE : Quand un vase non cacheté, et destiné au vin, a été apporté par un païen, on doit, avant de s’en servir, le rendre propre à l’usage d’après les prescriptions de la loi. Mais si l’Israélite s’est servi du vase sans remplir les formalités prescrites par la loi, le vin est permis en cas de fait accompli. Il est permis de laisser chez un païen de grands tonneaux en réparations pendant un ou deux jours, parce qu’on n’a pas l’habitude de se servir de cette grandeur pour peu de temps.
