<b>שבטלה מגלת תעני' ובו סעיף אחד:</b><br>הלכתא בטלה מגילת תעני' וכל הימים הכתובים בה מותר להתענו' בהם וכל שכן לפניהם ולאחריהם חוץ מחנוכה ופורים שאסור להתענו' בהם בעצמם אבל לפניהם ולאחריהם מותר וכן שבתות וי"ט ור"ח מותרים לפניהם ולאחריהם: הגה מי שיש לו נישואין בחנוכה אין לו להתענות אבל אם יש לו נישואין בניסן מתענה ביום חופתו אפי' בראש חודש ניסן שהוא אחד מן הימים שמתענים בהם כדלקמן סוף סי' תק"פ (הגהות מנהגים ולקוטי מהר"ש):
