<b>באיזה ימים אין גוזרין תעני' צבור. ובו ג סעיפים:</b><br>אין גוזרין תעני' על הציבור בתחלה ביום חמישי שלא להפקיע (פי' שלא לייקר השער) שערים ואפי' במקום שאין לחוש לכך:
אין גוזרין תעני' על הציבור בראשי חדשים או בחנוכה ופורים או בחולו של מועד ואם התחילו להתענו' על הצרה אפי' יום א' ופגע בהם יום א' מאלו מתענין ומשלימין היום בתעני':
ציבור שבקשו לגזור תענית שני וחמישי ושני ופגע בתעני' ט"ו בשבט התעני' נדחה לשבת הבאה כדי שלא יגזרו תעני' בט"ו בשבט שהוא ראש השנה לאילנו': הגה מיהו אם התחילו להתענות אין מפסיקין כמו בר"ח וחול המועד (ב"י):
