<b>דין נודר בעת צרה. ובו ב סעיפים:</b><br>יחיד המתענה על כל צרה ועברה או על חולה ונתרפא או מת צריך להשלים כל התעניו' שקיבל עליו אבל ציבור שמתענין על שום דבר ונענין קודם חצות לא ישלימו ואם תלמידי חכמים ורוב ציבור רוצים להשלים אין היחיד רשאי להפריש עצמו מהם:
יחיד שמתענה על צרה ונודע שקודם קבלת התעני' כבר עברה אינו צריך להשלים: הגה וה"ה לצבור ששמעו אחר חצות שקבלו התענית בטעות א"צ להשלים (תה"ד סי' ר"פ):
