<b>דין מי שאין לו יין. ובו סעיף אחד:</b><br>מי שאין לו יין בליל פסח מקדש על הפת שמברך המוציא ובוצע ומניח ידיו עליו עד שגומר הקידוש ומברך על אכילת מצה ואוכל ואח"כ אוכל שאר ירקות ומסלק השלחן ואומר מה נשתנה וכל ההגדה עד גאל ישראל ומברך על המרור ואוכל ואח"כ כורך מצה ומרור ואוכל: הגה בלא ברכה ובמקום שנוהגים לשתות משקה הנעשה מדבש שקורין מע"ד יכול ליקח אותו משקה לארבע כוסות אם אין לו יין (מהרי"ל) וי"א שאין עושין קידוש על שאר משקין כמו שנתבאר לעיל סי' רע"ב סעיף ט' ול"נ דלענין ד' כוסות יש לסמוך אמאן דאמר דמקדשין על שאר משקין אם הוא חמר מדינה כמו שנתבאר לעיל סי' רע"ב:

Law of those who doesn't have wine. Containing 1 paragraphs Whoever does not have wine on Pesach evening can make Kiddush on the Matzah, holding their hand over the Matzah during Kiddush, then saying the blessings of Hamotzi and Achilat Matzah. They then eat some vegetables, recite Mah Nishtana and all the narrative parts of the Haggadah, bless on the Maror, eat it, and then eat Matzah and Maror together [together with the rest of the meal.] Rama: And without a blessing. And in a place that they are accustomed to drink a beverage made from honey that they call mead, one may use it for the four cups at the Passover Seder if one has no wine. And some say that one does not sanctify upon non-wine beverages, as was explained above in Siman 272:9. And it seems to me that, with regards to the four cups at the Passover Seder, there is what to rely upon according to the opinion that states that we sanctify upon non-wine beverages if they are the wine of the country, as was explained above in Siman 272.
