<b>קריאת ובראשי חדשיכם בפסוקי דזמרה. ובו סעיף אחד:</b><br>נוהגין באשכנז שאומרים פרשת ובראשי חדשיכם שחרית אחר פרשת התמיד ובספרד אין נוהגין לאומרה לפי שעתידין לקרות אותה בספר תורה:
The recitation of "And on your new moons" in Pesukei Dezimra. Contains one section The custom in Ashkenaz is to recite the passage of "And on your new moons" in the morning service after the passage of the daily offering. In Sepharad the custom is not to recite it, since it will be read later from the Torah scroll.
