<b>שור של עכו"ם או של הפקר או של חרש שוטה וקטן. ובו ה סעיפים:</b><br>שור של ישראל שנגח שור של עכו"ם פטור ושל עכו"ם שנגח לשל ישראל בין תם בין מועד משלם נזק שלם:
שור של הפקר שנגח וקודם שיתפוס אותו הניזק קדם אחר וזכה בו פטור:
נגח שורו והפקירו קודם שעמד בדין וזכה בו אחר פטור אבל אם זכה בו הוא עצמו חייב:
נגח ואח"כ מכר או הוריש חייב:
