<b>המקבל שדה לזורעה שומשמין וזרעה חטין. ובו סעיף אחד:</b><br>המקבל שדה מחבירו לזורעה שומשמין וזרעה חטים ועשתה חטים ששוין כמו שהיתה ראויה לעשות מהשומשמין אין לו עליו אלא תרעומת עשתה פחות ממה שהיא ראויה לעשות מהשומשמין משלם לו המקבל כפי מה שהיא ראויה לעשות מהשומשמין עשתה חטים יותר ממה שהיא ראויה לעשות מהשומשמין חולקין לפי התנאי שביניהם אע"פ שמשתכר בעל הקרקע:
