<b>המקבל שדה מחבירו אם רשאי לזורע' פשתן. ובו סעיף אחד:</b><br>המקבל שדה מחבירו לשנים מועטות לא יזרענה פשתן ואין לו בקורות שקמה וכיוצא בה ולא בשבח האילנות שיצאו מאליהם בשדה אבל מחשבים לו מקום האילנות כאילו היה בהם אותה זרע שזרע בכל השדה והוא שצמחו האילנות במקום הראוי לזריעה: הגה וי"א דאם הוא אומר דגם הוא היה נוטע אילנות צריך ליתן לו מן האילנות כאלו נטען אבל אם אומר שיותר הי' חפץ לזרוע מליטע אילנות אם האילנות ראוין ליטע במקום אחר צריך ליתן לו בשבילם דמי נטיעות העומדי' ליטע ואם אינן ראויין ליטע אינו נותן לו אלא דמי עצים (טור ס"ב) אבל אם יצאו במקו' שאינו ראוי לזריעה אין מחשבים לו כלום ואם קבלה ממנו לשבע שנים זורעה שנה ראשונה פשתן ויש לו בקורת שקמה וכיוצא בה:
