<b>מי שהטעה חבירו עד שהכניס פירותיו לביתו. ובו סעיף אחד:</b><br>מי שהכניס פירותיו לבית חבירו שלא מדעתו או שהטעהו עד שהכניס פירותיו והניחם והלך יש לבעל הבית למכור לו מאותם הפירות כדי ליתן שכר הפועלים שמוציאין אותם ומשליכים אותם לשוק ומדת חסידות הוא שיודיע לב"ד וישכירו במקצת דמיהם מקום משום השבת אבידה לבעלים אע"פ שלא עשה כהוגן וי"א דצריך להודיעו תחילה ואם נאנסו לאחר שהודיעוהו פטור (הרא"ש וטור):
