<b>מי שנפל כותלו לגינת חבירו. ובו סעיף אחד:</b><br>מי שהיה כותלו סמוך לגינת חבירו ונפל כופין אותו לפנות אבניו אם אמר ליה פנה אותם ויהיו שלך אין שומעין לו ואם נתרצה בעל הגינה בכך ופינה אותם וחזר זה ואמר תן לי אבני ואין לך (אלא) יציאותך אין שומעין לו אבל כל זמן שלא פינה אותם אפי' הם בחצירו של זה ואמר לו פנה אותם ויהיו שלך לא קנה חצירו שלא כוון אלא לדחותו:
