<b>מי שנתחלפו כליו בבית האבל והמשתה. ובו ב סעיפים:</b><br>מי שנתחלפו לו כליו בבית האומן ה"ז ישתמש בהן עד שיבא בעל הכלי ויטול שלו ודוקא שנתן לו האומן עצמו אבל אם לא נתנם לו אלא אשתו ובניו לא ואפי' אומן עצמו דוקא שאמר לו סתם הילך טלית אבל אם אמר לו הילך טליתך לא:
נתחלפו לו כליו בבי' האבל או בבי' המשת' לא ישתמש בהם: הגה וכשיבא בעל החפץ צריך ליתן החפץ לבעליו אע"פ ששלו נאבד וכן כובסת עכו"ם המכבסת לרבים והביאה לאחד שאינו שלו (תרומת הדשן סימן שי"ט):
