Bonei
HaTalmud — a structured method for independent Talmud study
At the heart of the "Bonei HaTalmud" method, founded by Rabbi Natan Chanuka, lies a firm belief: anyone can. Gemara study is not a mystical gift reserved for a select few - it is a logical edifice with rules, language, and a clear path.
"Learning without understanding - like a body without a soul."
Our Vision: Gemara is a learnable skill, not a mystical gift
Our goal is to transform the page of Gemara from a tangled maze into a luminous, clear structure accessible to every Jew. We believe that with the right tools, every learner can reach mastery and experience the light and vitality of true learning.

Roots: From the Beit Midrash to Fatherly Responsibility
The story of "Bonei HaTalmud" is interwoven with the personal journey of Rabbi Natan Chanuka. After 15 intensive years of study in the Beit Midrash, he developed a method based on the thorough breakdown of sugyot, building tools for logical understanding and reaching complete mastery.
The practical spark came from fatherly responsibility: when the Rabbi began teaching Torah Shebe'al Peh to his son, he refused to leave success to chance. He developed worksheets that broke down each sugya into its components - and saw immediate, moving results. Encouragement from yeshiva colleagues who recognized the breakthrough led him into the field to share the method with thousands of students.
From the Field to the Editor's Desk: Tools for Teachers
Rabbi Chanuka taught in Talmud Torah schools and applied the method in practice, but identified that the root of the problem was a lack of structured tools for teachers. This insight drives him to invest thousands of hours in producing the learning kits, believing that in any institution that uses these tools, motivation will rise and students will experience learning full of vitality and joy.
